Ideal for family trips but pricey

The staff was genuinely welcoming, treating us like we mattered, not just another guest. The breakfast options were solid, with fresh pastries and a variety that made mornings pretty enjoyable.

It wasn’t cheap, but it was still an acceptable experience overall.

I loved how easy it was to stroll to the beautiful Crown Church and enjoy the tranquil views at the nearby gardens, making my weekend getaway truly relaxing and convenient. the room was immaculate and spacious, which was great for unwinding after a day of exploration.

I loved that I could easily walk to both the Inverness Museum and Art Gallery and the charming Greig Street Bridge, making my weekend explorations a total delight. The breakfast buffet was a nice start to the day.

Free parking made it easy to explore the area without worrying about extra fees. The hotel had clean, spacious rooms that offered enough room for families, despite a few quirks in the layouts.

On arrival, the room configuration left something to be desired—just a double bed and a sofa bed for a family of four. The bathroom felt uncomfortably small, and the beds were quite firm, which might not suit everyone's preference. Accessing the hotel can be a bit of a hassle due to the indirect route to the retail park behind it, which forces you onto a busy dual carriageway. The breakfast offerings were underwhelming, lacking variety and warmth, keeping it far from the top tier of hotel breakfasts. it’s functional, but if you have specific needs like extra sleeping arrangements, it might not hit the mark.

Inconsistent service quality!!! Room size concerns make it hard to move around!!! Poor drainage in showers adds discomfort!!!

Our stay was lovely! The breakfast was great, with a great variety, and the dog-friendly vibe made it super enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, just like the photos!

The staff were helpful like when they helped me set up some takeout for dinner from the restaurant next door even though it was busy which was a nice surprise and also the breakfast...

the location was really handy n easy to find. we had a comfy bed, and the tea n coffee was great to have anytime. breakfast was good too, hot stuff came out fresh n the staff was super helpful, like...

I had a pleasant stay with a clean room and an accommodating environment. The location is great for accessing nearby food outlets and retail options, making it ideal for travelers. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful, adding a nice personal touch to the experience. it would have been better if my room had a fridge for convenience.

While the breakfast options were plentiful, certain items ran out quickly during peak hours, leaving guests wanting more variety. The dining area struggled with cleanliness, as tables were not consistently cleared after use, creating a messy environment. Having to ask for basic amenities, like extra towels, was an annoyance that could have been prevented. the seating options in the lounge area were limited, making it a challenge to find a spot to relax during busy times.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the staff were outstanding, and the free hot drinks available all day made our stay even more enjoyable.
